Plants share messages in many ways: songs, geometries, still and moving images, sensations, scents, sounds and phrases. Once they showed me planetary alignments and ancient engravings I could not interpret. I asked for an explanation more accessible to my understanding at that moment. They said: ‘To understand it, study it.’
At first I was unsure where to begin, but courses, books and people who could help soon appeared in my reality. The plants themselves gave me phrases that, when I searched online, led me to a specific course perfectly aligned with what I was seeking. I am so grateful. I love what I have been learning—or rather, remembering.
How they communicate depends on our sociocultural background. The same plant can express and share itself differently in different places, according to people’s beliefs, conditioning and abilities.
When we communicate with plants, we contact their subtle dimension. Sometimes we speak with a particular being—the plant before us—which is unique and expresses itself through its individuality. It may have a message just for us, because every relationship in the Universe is unique. Someone else speaking with that plant receives another message. Other messages are shared: Nature emanates them for everyone willing and open to receive them.
At other times we may be speaking with the subtle dimension of an entire species, rather than one individual. We can set this through our intention. One day in my garden, I asked whether any plant wanted to communicate. I closed my eyes, expecting an image, as that is how information usually comes to me. Instead, I perceived a particular scent intensely. Peace Lily approached to ask for changes that would improve its life in the garden. I made them, and in the following days it appeared comfortable and happy.
As in human relationships, sometimes they assist me or share something; sometimes they ask for my support. This reciprocal dynamic strengthens the relationship and makes it feel increasingly familiar and close.
