Listening to Nature with the Heart…

Listening to Nature with the Heart…

It allows us to enter subtler realities. They are always present, but we often overlook them because our perception is conditioned by materialism. As we develop a deeper connection with Nature, we rediscover our inner wisdom, gain sovereignty over our body, emotions, thoughts and energy, and engage with deeper, more complete information.

I began by talking with plants, and soon explored different multidimensional aspects of reality, discovering my own medicine and nourishing a new relationship with myself and my surroundings. Those surroundings are not limited to this beautiful planet; much of the information I interact with is cosmic. I arrived there innocently and intuitively. I sat in meditation with a deep intention to transmute and integrate whatever blocked or limited my experience here. I began travelling through timelines and harmonising limiting paradigms. In this way I have encountered several of my lives within and beyond this planet—not as a tourist, but with a focus on deep healing.

I realised that these aspects of my life are connected with how I understand reality today, my beliefs and the subconscious we often ignore, though it shapes much of what we manifest. Harmonising these lives or cosmic memories has helped me understand myself more deeply, release obsolete burdens and programming, and trust my creative power. I continue along this path, discovering fascinating things daily and changing with each challenge.

The plant world has accompanied our evolution, held us, sustained us and guided us. Plants are guardians of the Earth’s wisdom, lovingly waiting for us to ask them to share it and allow our nature to shine. Sensitive interaction with plants can reconnect us with deep states of being, help us know ourselves beyond the personality formed in this life, and dissolve barriers and conditioning we once thought impossible to transcend.

‘Contact with the beauty of nature makes life more beautiful, more real, and the more attentively and deeply you contemplate a sunset, the more deeply it reveals itself.’ — Thich Nhat Hanh
